We have an easy, 3-step process designed to have your estate plan created and signed in 4-6 weeks.
The first step is to attend your Peace of Mind Planning Session. At this Zoom session, you will learn all about your options and our flat fees. When you are ready to move forward, we will send you our engagement letter and invoice online.
The second step is your Estate Plan Design Meeting. Together, we will design your estate planning documents. After this meeting, we will draft your documents and send a copy for your review about one week later. You can request any changes or updates at that time. When everything is ready to go, we will schedule a Signing Ceremony.
The final step is your Signing Ceremony. You will sign your documents following the proper legal formalities in the comfort of your own home.
Following the execution of your documents, we are available for free, unlimited lifetime consultations regarding your estate plan.
